(Photo by Makkawan Wannakul)CHAIYAPHUM: A student was found lying dead by her motorcycle on a road in Muang district early Sunday. She was identified as Prapis Khaisi, 22, a student at a university in the province. Her body was found at about 5am in a pool of blood on Chaiyaphum-Bua Yai road near the entrance of Kud Tum Withaya School in tambon Kud Tum of Muang district. Local residents said accidents frequently took place on this road at night, saying the lack of street lights was to blame.
